About the position

The Software Tester II at ScriptPro plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's software products. This position involves collaborating with agile cross-functional teams to deliver new or existing projects in the Azure portal environment, focusing on testing and identifying software issues that impact the healthcare and pharmacy industry. The role requires a strong understanding of software functionality and user experience, as well as the ability to document and report test outcomes effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agile cross-functional teams to deliver projects in the Azure portal environment.
• Evaluate, reproduce, and investigate software issues in coordination with the agile team and release groups.
• Create test cases and understand complex problems to enhance customer user experience.
• Test proposed changes to hardware, software, and procedures in both in-house and production sites.
• Interpret symptoms, troubleshoot problems, and document possible solutions.
• Diagnose, track, and manage the resolution of quality issues through to resolution change requests and build testing for main and beta software builds.
• Participate in production build and product support for beta sites.
• Document and report test outcomes by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing data.

Requirements

• Associates degree in computer science or related field or equivalent related experience is preferred.
• Experience writing SQL queries and with SQL databases.
• Experience writing Test Plans and Test Cases in Azure Dev Ops.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and report status.

Nice-to-haves

• Azure Dev Ops experience including build and release Pipelines.
• Experience with JSON.
• Experience with XML.
• Experience with PowerShell.
