About the position

The Software Test Analyst will support the Department of Technology Management and Budget, specifically the Treasury team, by overseeing all testing activities. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensure effective collaboration with business test representatives and the successful execution of quality assurance testing assignments.

Responsibilities

• Support all test activities, ensuring effective communication with business test representatives.
• Produce reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for quality assurance testing assignments.
• Assist in creating scenarios to validate acceptance criteria of customer requirements.
• Conduct functional and integration testing, ensuring appropriate test coverage.
• Prepare and maintain relevant test documentation, including test scripts and activity schedules.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP Financials (TRM preferred).
• Proficiency in web-based testing and customer-facing interactions.
• Strong skills in test planning, execution, defect tracking, and requirement analysis.
• Familiarity with test tools such as SolMan Test Suite, HPALM, TFS, or RQM.

Nice-to-haves

• Preferred experience in automation testing.
