About the position

This role is responsible for testing and delivering complex software to achieve business outcomes. The individual will serve as a subject matter expert on testing practices, ensuring that software meets functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. The position involves generating test data, building and executing both manual and automated test suites, recording and communicating test results, and assisting with defect triaging.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of UAT experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Selenium.
• Strong communication skills.
• Well-versed with all aspects of SDLC and Agile concepts.
• Strong development skills with the ability to understand technical design and translate it into workable solutions.
• Strong in Functional testing.
• Strong in ETL testing, concepts, SQL Server or Oracle database (familiar with writing queries, functions, stored procedures, etc.).
• Experience or exposure to Agile methodology.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Able to create detailed, comprehensive test cases/scripts/scenarios based on business requirements/user stories.
• Experience with JIRA.
• Able to apply test strategies.
• Ability to provide testing status/reporting.
