About the position

The Software Tester position at L3Harris involves contributing to the success of the Software Design Verification team by performing system-level qualification testing of radio products and their associated accessories. Responsibilities

• Perform system-level qualification testing of radio products and their associated accessories.
• Execute both manual and automated tests.
• Develop system qualification test plans.
• Generate defect analysis reports.
• Support hardware and software fault isolation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience, or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience, or in lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with demonstrated leadership capabilities.

• Networking background with CISCO router experience
• Experience with RF hardware and radio communications equipment; background in Military communications (operation and/or installation)
