About the position

The Software Tester at ARxIUM INC is responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software products through rigorous testing processes. This role involves designing test plans, executing test scripts, and documenting defects, contributing to the development of innovative pharmacy technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to work with advanced automation technologies and collaborate with experts in the pharmacy health systems sector.

Responsibilities

• Design and document test plans
• Create, revise, execute, and document test scripts
• Perform functional and regression testing
• Document software defects using an issue tracking system
• Report test progress status
• Participate in product design reviews
• Develop and implement automated test suites
• Develop software according to pre-defined design
• Perform related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Computer Engineering Degree, Computer Science Degree, or Technical College Degree with relevant work experience
• Three or more years of experience in software testing or related experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Microsoft Visual Studio
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, Java
• Experience with SQL Server and relational databases
• Experience with automated test development

• Familiarity with automation technology such as robotics, PLCs, mechanical actuators, and vision systems
