About the position
The Software Tester role at MEDITECH involves ensuring the quality of software products through rigorous testing and collaboration with technical staff. Responsibilities
- Developing and executing test plans for rigorous unit and production level tests.
- Collaborating with technical staff who program the products and analysts who design them.
- Educating staff on software changes and creating documentation for testing scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or associate degree preferred and/or applicable work or military experience.
- Clinical, financial, administrative, or departmental experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High desire to learn and attention to detail.
- Technical skills in testing are a plus but not required.
