About the position

The Software Tester will join the Enterprise Data Platforms team at a large financial client in NYC. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data transformations through both manual and automated testing. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality and reliability of data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Perform manual and automated tests on data transformations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Software Testing experience
• Data quality testing experience using Collibra, ACCELQ, and Selenium
• Strong understanding of SQL
• Experience with software testing in CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Data Bricks, Oracle, Postgres, and GitLab.
