About the position

The C2BMC Regional Apps team at Lockheed Martin is seeking a Software Analysis Tools Developer to contribute to the design, development, and testing of missile defense applications. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team of software analysts to validate performance and functionality of large-scale software applications, while also developing tools and scripts for data analysis and automation in CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team of software analysts to validate performance, functionality, and verification of requirements for a large-scale software application.
• Develop analysis tools and scripts to process test data from various sources and integrate that data for analysis.
• Provide automation in CI/CD pipelines for analysis tools and scripts.
• Enhance and maintain existing tools and scripts on both Windows and Linux platforms.

Requirements

• Must possess ACTIVE secret clearance to be a candidate.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent work experience in application tools development.
• Demonstrated proficiency using MATLAB, Python, Java, or similar tools for developing data analysis applications.
• Experience in developing software applications and tool sets for processing and analyzing test data results.
• Ability to demonstrate work completed to the team and external stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the missile defense domain including engagement management and algorithm development.
• Expertise in Java and Python.
• User knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems, including shell scripting.
• Experience developing and understanding complex algorithms and presenting analysis results to stakeholders.
• Active CompTIA Security+ (CE option) or ability to obtain within 60 days of start.
