About the position

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Solar Consultant to join our dynamic team at Fulfill Power! In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about solar energy solutions and battery options, assessing their energy needs, and providing tailored recommendations. Your expertise in solar and energy sales will help drive the adoption of renewable energy solutions in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of customers' energy needs and provide personalized solar solutions.
  • Engage with potential clients through various channels, including door-to-door outreach and community events.
  • Utilize technical sales skills to explain the benefits of solar energy systems and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulations related to solar energy.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by following up with clients post-installation to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in solar sales or energy sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals effectively.
  • Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in renewable energy sectors.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are preferred to cater to a diverse customer base.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A passion for renewable energy and sustainability initiatives is essential.
