About the position

The Solar Client Relations Specialist at SolarForce is responsible for engaging potential clients through various outreach methods, scheduling consultations, and providing information about solar energy solutions. This role is crucial in supporting the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals while maintaining customer data in CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage potential clients and introduce them to solar energy solutions.
  • Coordinate and schedule consultations between prospective clients and solar consultants.
  • Provide basic information about solar energy benefits and address initial inquiries from customers.
  • Accurately input and maintain customer information in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff and alignment of goals.

Requirements
