About the position

The Solar Client Relations Specialist is a pivotal role focused on engaging residential homeowners interested in solar energy solutions. This position serves as the first point of contact, educating clients on the benefits of clean energy and facilitating the sales process. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding industry.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage potential clients and introduce them to solar energy solutions.
  • Coordinate and schedule consultations between prospective clients and solar consultants.
  • Provide basic information about solar energy benefits and address initial inquiries from customers.
  • Accurately input and maintain customer information in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff and alignment of goals.
