Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and incentives will be critical for effectively communicating with customers and pricing systems correctly. This role is ideal for someone who possesses strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the solar industry. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of customers' energy needs and provide tailored solar energy solutions.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the financial incentives available.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including door-to-door sales, referrals, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and incentives to effectively communicate with customers and price systems correctly.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers.
  • Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the solar industry.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for lead management and tracking.
  • Knowledge of solar sales techniques and market trends.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
