The Solar Consultant Dealer Program at Flex NRG is seeking motivated individuals for a full-time, contract position focused on solar sales. The position involves door-to-door sales, where consultants will generate leads and conduct in-home presentations to help homeowners transition to solar energy. The company offers uncapped commissions and a supportive environment for skill development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads, and appointments with potential customers.
  • Provide an industry-leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and after the customer's system is turned on.
  • Conduct in-home sales presentations for potential customers and evaluate their knowledge and needs, building productive long-lasting relationships.
  • Handle the pipeline of activity from prospect to install by following up with all leads and in-home consultations.
  • Accurately disposition and report on outcomes via our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
  • Meet minimum required sales targets as set by sales leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales role.
  • Ability to work outdoors and knock on doors for lead generation.
  • Strong analysis skills and leadership potential.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.

  • Previous experience in solar sales or related fields.
