About the position

As a Solar Consultant at Nivo Solar, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy systems to both residential and commercial clients. This role focuses on educating customers about the benefits of solar energy and assisting them in selecting the appropriate solar solutions for their needs. The position offers opportunities for both part-time and full-time work, with flexible scheduling and paid training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
  • Provide leadership in promoting solar products and services
  • Drive sales by effectively communicating the value of solar energy solutions
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar software to manage customer interactions and sales processes
  • Offer bilingual support to cater to a diverse customer base
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle
  • Engage in outside sales activities, including door-to-door visits
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge of solar products to address customer inquiries

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical or solar sales
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
  • Ability to effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy solutions
  • Experience in door-to-door sales is advantageous
