About the position

As a Solar Consultant at Vitl Power, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by engaging with homeowners and qualifying them for our solar energy programs. This position primarily involves setting appointments for potential customers, either through direct door-to-door (D2D) interactions or by working inside retail locations such as Lowe's or Home Depot. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate conversations with homeowners, assess their interest and eligibility for solar solutions, and successfully schedule appointments for our sales closers to follow up with them. This role is essential in driving our sales efforts and ensuring that we connect with homeowners who can benefit from our solar energy offerings. You will be expected to work Monday through Saturday, with two available shifts: either from 9 AM to 2 PM or from 2 PM to 7:30 PM. This flexible schedule allows you to choose the hours that best fit your availability while maximizing your potential to generate leads and set appointments. As a Solar Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for many homeowners, making your communication skills and ability to build rapport critical to your success in this role. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our company and the promotion of sustainable energy solutions in the San Antonio area.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
