About the position

As a Solar Consultant at H&H Electrical, Inc, you will be instrumental in promoting and selling solar energy solutions to both residential and commercial clients. Your role will involve educating customers about the advantages of solar energy and assisting them in making informed decisions regarding the adoption of solar technology for their properties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of solar products, market trends, and industry regulations
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals
• Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track customer interactions and manage sales pipeline effectively
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills by guiding customers through the decision-making process and addressing any concerns they may have

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in technical sales or related fields
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Strong technical sales acumen
• Knowledge of energy sales principles and practices

Nice-to-haves

• Fluency in Spanish for engaging Spanish-speaking clients
• Experience in solar sales or related fields
