As a Solar Setter / Closer with a license, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission, initiating contact with decision-makers and guiding them through the innovative services and life-changing benefits of solar energy. You'll schedule sales appointments for homeowners, paving the way for a sustainable future. In this role, you will generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and door-to-door canvassing. Your focus will solely be on setting appointments; you will not be responsible for closing deals or managing projects. You will conduct comprehensive consultations to assess energy needs and recommend the best solar solutions for homes or businesses. Educating customers on the financial and environmental advantages of solar energy will be a key part of your responsibilities, as well as addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Utilizing a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, manage the pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups will be essential. Staying informed about industry trends, regulations, and incentives will help you provide superior service and maintain competitiveness. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Prior experience in door-to-door sales or similar roles is a plus.
  • CSLB Salesperson License preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Comfortable interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism.
  • Resilient in the face of rejection, persistent in pursuing leads, and overcoming obstacles to achieve results.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle for door-to-door activities.
