About the position

As a Solar Consultant at Clear Earth Solar, you will be instrumental in promoting renewable energy solutions to residential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers, assess their energy needs, and facilitate the transition to solar energy systems. This role emphasizes building relationships, educating customers about solar benefits, and setting appointments for further consultations with Solar Account Managers. Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and determine the feasibility of solar installations
• Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the available financing options
• Provide accurate and detailed information about solar products, services, and incentives
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to book appointments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow up with potential customers in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred
• Knowledge of energy sales or solar industry is a plus
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to negotiate effectively and book appointments
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
• Experience with door-to-door sales is a plus
