Trulysun Energy is seeking a motivated and ambitious Solar Sales Consultant to join our rapidly growing team in South San Francisco, CA. In this role, you will be at the forefront of lead generation and client acquisition, helping homeowners transition from expensive, traditional power sources to clean solar energy. Your daily activities will include direct homeowner lead generation through various methods such as cold calling, remote appointment setting, door-to-door outreach, and closing high-ticket contracts ranging from $20,000 to $100,000. You will represent Trulysun Energy with integrity and professionalism, utilizing CRM tools and other resources to manage your leads effectively. As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will have the potential to earn an uncapped commission based on your sales performance, with average commissions ranging from $3,500 to $6,500 per sale. While our standard expectation is four sales per month, volume bonuses are available, and a six-figure annual income is achievable for those who are dedicated and driven. This position operates on a 1099-contractor basis, allowing for flexibility and independence in your work. You should possess excellent communication skills, be a quick learner, and have a resilient attitude towards rejection. Responsibilities

  • Use call, email, text, and other various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of leads.
  • Door-to-door lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Represent Trulysun Energy in an esteemed manner.
  • Learn and use CRM and other tools of the job.
  • Become a proficient solar professional with an understanding of all aspects of the product.
  • Closing deals (Once you are ready. This can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
  • 1 year of experience in solar sales (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in door-to-door sales (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in direct sales (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.
