About the position

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Solar Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to promote solar energy solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the sales process. This role requires a strong understanding of solar technology and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain customer relationships.
• Demonstrate technical sales expertise by explaining the benefits of solar energy systems and addressing any customer inquiries.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Market solar products and services through various channels, including community events and online platforms.
• Provide leadership and training to junior team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Communicate effectively with multilingual clients, particularly Spanish-speaking customers, to enhance outreach efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the energy sector or technical sales environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to market products effectively.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus, especially proficiency in Spanish.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a passion for renewable energy solutions.
