Responsibilities

• Canvassing assigned territories to identify and engage potential customers.
• Initiating conversations with homeowners about their energy needs and introducing them to solar energy solutions.
• Conducting engaging presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental benefits, and available incentives.
• Qualifying leads and assessing their suitability for solar panel installation.
• Overcoming objections and addressing customer concerns with knowledgeable and persuasive responses.
• Scheduling consultations for interested homeowners with our solar design specialists.
• Accurately tracking sales activities and maintaining detailed customer records using our CRM system.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest solar technology, industry trends, and incentive programs.
• Representing our company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Sales experience, preferably in technical sales.
• Customer service experience, with at least 1 year preferred.
• Negotiation skills.

• Ability to commute to St. Louis, MO.
• Willingness to relocate to St. Louis, MO before starting work.
