About the position

Nexis Power is seeking self-motivated individuals to join their team as Solar Energy Consultants. This full-time position focuses on helping homeowners qualify for solar and battery incentives in Massachusetts. The role emphasizes learning and development in sales, communication, and management skills through a comprehensive training program. Consultants will provide exceptional service to customers while generating leads and facilitating the contract signing process.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads of homeowners interested in residential solar energy systems.
• Facilitate the contract signing process for interested homeowners.
• Schedule prospective customers for free information sessions.
• Represent Nexis Power with integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
• Provide useful product knowledge to qualifying homeowners.
• Offer customer support to all clients.
• Acquire, retain, and develop industry knowledge continuously.
• Engage in direct sales with customers.
