In this role, you will have the flexibility to choose how you want to operate—whether you prefer to focus solely on your own sales or build a team of representatives. You will be able to participate in our lead generation programs while also being encouraged to generate your own leads. This dual approach not only enhances your earning potential but also allows you to tailor your sales strategy to fit your personal style. The position is commission-based, providing you with the opportunity to earn significant income based on your sales performance. You will have the option to conduct sales presentations either in-person or online, depending on what is most comfortable for you. With our services currently available in 31 states and the ability to sell online from anywhere, the potential for growth and success in this role is substantial.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for solar sales through various channels.
  • Conduct sales presentations in-home or online based on customer preference.
  • Participate in lead generation programs offered by the company.
  • Build and manage a sales team if desired, or focus solely on personal sales.
  • Assist customers with various credit situations to facilitate solar energy adoption.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar sales.
  • Proven experience in lead generation.
  • Comfortable working on a commission basis.
  • Ability to conduct sales presentations effectively, either in-person or online.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with no credit programs in solar sales.
  • Familiarity with remote sales techniques.
