About the position
The Solar Sales position at Solar Energy Partners (SEP) focuses on generating interest in solar energy solutions for residential customers. The role emphasizes providing exceptional customer experiences while promoting the benefits of solar energy. Sales representatives will leverage various lead generation methods and receive comprehensive training to maximize their sales potential.
Responsibilities
- Generate interest from customers following our programs
- Help residential customers save money on utility costs by presenting the benefits of solar services
- Utilize multiple lead generation methods including direct sales, door-to-door, referrals, online selling, community events, social media, and fairs/home shows
- Work in territory close to home or choose to travel outside of your current location
Requirements
- Motivated and talented salespeople
- Ability to generate leads through various methods
- Strong communication skills
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Familiarity with solar energy products
