Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of in-home solar sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate the benefits of solar and address customer concerns.
  • Strong closing skills to turn opportunities into sales.
  • Self-motivated and driven, thriving in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Customer-focused with a priority on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Reliable transportation to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software and digital tools to track leads and manage the sales pipeline.
