The Solar Field Sales Manager at Semper Solaris is a leadership role focused on driving sales and mentoring a team of solar sales representatives. Responsibilities

  • Daily ride-alongs with sales reps to train, develop, and sharpen their skills.
  • Mentor and coach the existing team to improve performance and close rates.
  • Close your own leads to drive personal and team success.
  • Collaborate with the Solar Sales Manager to expand the sales team.
  • Implement best practices to optimize lead-to-close efficiency.
  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to push growth.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through every step of the process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovations to keep the team competitive.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of in-person solar sales experience.
  • At least 5 years of solar sales management experience.
  • Must be comfortable climbing ladders and going on roofs.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the solar industry, including products, services, and market trends.
  • Experience with roofing and other home improvement products is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
