About the position

The Solar Foreman position at Treepublic involves leading solar installation and service operations across Greater Los Angeles. The role requires strong communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. The foreman will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing solar systems, ensuring outstanding customer service, and participating in company initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and product installations at sites across Greater Los Angeles, California.
• Work independently in the field and at the home office while coordinating closely with the team and management.
• Diagnose a full range of residential solar service issues.
• Provide outstanding customer experience.
• Travel in service territory using own vehicle or in company-owned vehicle.
• Participate in staff meetings and assist with broader company initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum two years in residential/commercial solar installation or service with a working knowledge of all major residential/commercial solar and energy storage products.
• Journeyman electrician preferred, NABCEP or similar certification preferred.
• Must be highly organized and punctual.
• Must be able to work/navigate basic technology equipment (i.e. laptop/tablet, e-mail, clocking in/out using employee log in and timecard app).
