About the position

The Operations Coordinator at Advanced Green Technologies (AGT) plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of solar energy projects. This position involves conducting audits, managing project documentation, and coordinating with various teams to maintain quality standards and project timelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a detail-oriented mindset, contributing to AGT's mission of delivering high-quality renewable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits of active jobs, including photo audits and verification of calibrated equipment serial numbers.
• Review daily reports for work descriptions, crew count, and subcontractor documentation.
• Cross-check previous day's hours in the Budget Tracker.
• Verify commissioning reports for mechanical, electrical AC/DC, and monitoring systems on a weekly basis.
• Review weekly lookaheads with Construction Managers and ensure PlanGrid tasks are updated.
• Conduct inventory return counts and manage palletization.
• Submit QA/QC reports and update project completion percentage for budget tracking.
• Complete pre-planning tasks for upcoming jobs, including site walks and BOM inventory prep.
• Track and update permit submissions and approvals.
• Oversee procurement and gear purchases, and coordinate scheduling with teams for surveys and reporting.
• Ensure final inspections are completed and compile project closeout packages.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3 years of related experience in a relevant field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Advanced customer service skills and proficient computer skills.
