About the position

The Solar Project Coordinator at Icon Power, LLC is responsible for managing a pipeline of solar projects, ensuring they are executed smoothly, on time, and without errors. This role involves reviewing contracts, coordinating with various stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate records in the company's CRM system. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review incoming Purchase Contracts and enter requisite information needed.
  • Review site visit Photos and alert the appropriate party.
  • Verify the Design matches the contract.
  • Submit all AHJ paperwork, HOA Applications, Interconnection Applications when needed.
  • Create a 'Close-Out Letter/Manual' to go to the homeowner using the templates on the server.
  • Take incoming calls and speak to homeowners and sales when needed.
  • Assist scheduler with any Solar Service issues.
  • Dispatch technicians as needed.
  • Facilitate, analyze, and process project pipeline, providing product support, and following up to resolve concerns in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Serve as a company ambassador by delivering a high level of professionalism and quality through exceptional customer service and support.
  • Complete, maintain, and process pertinent paperwork and records with great attention to detail.
  • Complete daily tasks within pre-established timelines by appropriately prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Monitor work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects conform to plans, specifications, or schedules.
  • Monitor PV system production to verify system is operating optimally.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Accuracy and high level of attention to detail.
  • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of construction documents.
  • Previous experience in renewable energy preferred.
  • Ability to navigate and respond in our CRM - NetSuite.
  • Must have a valid state driver's license.
