Solar Optimum, recognized as Panasonic's National Installer of the Year for four consecutive years, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Solar Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and possesses a strong background in project coordination within the solar industry. The Solar Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing solar projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. In this role, the Solar Project Coordinator will be responsible for interacting with customers and utility companies at a professional level, ensuring that all communications are clear and effective. The coordinator will review and check solar plans in collaboration with designers and customers, ensuring that all layouts received are accurate and meet production standards. This includes verifying panel layouts, EPBB, and shading reports. The coordinator will also be tasked with coordinating both long and short-term plans, setting targets for milestones, and adhering to strict deadlines to ensure project success. Quality control is a key aspect of this position, and the Solar Project Coordinator will assist with quality checks throughout the project development process to maintain high standards. Upon completion of each assigned job, the coordinator will provide comprehensive documentation and reports, ensuring that all project details are thoroughly recorded and communicated.
