Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers over the phone to schedule appointments for sales representatives.
• Explain solar, roofing, window products, and services using provided training and mentoring.
• Engage potential customers with strong communication skills to convey the value proposition of the company's offerings.
• Build rapport with customers and understand their needs to effectively schedule appointments.
• Follow up with leads who have shown interest but are not ready to schedule immediately, demonstrating persistence.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with potential customers.
• Ability to build rapport and understand customer needs.
• Willingness to commute to the office as this is not a remote position.
