This role is pivotal in representing our company and its solar products while providing exceptional support to our customers post-installation. As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will not be required to engage in door-to-door sales; instead, you will focus on closing solar consultations that are provided by the company. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about renewable energy and are eager to make a positive impact on the environment through solar solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering information from prospective customers to assess their solar energy needs. You will prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, and presentations tailored to potential solar customers. Completing in-home solar appointments is a key aspect of the job, as you will work closely with customers to identify the best solar solutions for their specific situations. Collaboration with the operations team is essential to ensure that projects are successfully executed from the initial consultation through to installation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire for success and self-improvement, along with excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities

  • Gather information from prospective customers to identify their solar energy needs.

  • Complete in-home solar appointments to provide the best solar solution for customers.
  • Work with customer and operations team to see projects through to installation.

Requirements

  • Active HIS License
  • Solar sales experience required
  • Lead generation capabilities
  • Trainable and coachable mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Being bilingual is a plus
