We partner with leading financial institutions to offer our customers the best financing options available, along with high-quality solar products from the world's leading manufacturers. In this role, you will be responsible for learning about solar technology and becoming proficient with our proposal software. You will engage in prospecting to schedule appointments and follow up with potential customers to secure their business. During meetings with homeowners, it is essential to ask the right questions and thoughtfully discuss presentation materials to create educated proposals that align with the homeowners' needs and goals. You will also be tasked with moving prospects to customers by recommending competitive bids and initiating financing applications. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently earn referrals and new business, set and achieve sales targets, and provide superior customer service that transforms customers into advocates for our brand. This position is home-based but requires local travel. We offer a unique pay structure that allows you to start earning from day one, with 100% commission and uncapped earnings potential. Average solar consultants earn over $100,000 per year, with top earners exceeding $200,000. Responsibilities

  • Learn solar technology and become proficient with our proposal software.
  • Prospect to schedule appointments and follow up with prospects to win their business.
  • Ask the right questions and thoughtfully discuss presentation materials with homeowners.
  • Work up educated proposals to meet the needs and goals of homeowners.
  • Move homeowners from prospects to customers by recommending competitive bids and initiating financing applications.
  • Prospect to consistently earn referrals and new business.
  • Set and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide superior customer service to move customers to advocates for referrals.

Requirements

  • 2 years of successful outside/in-home sales experience.
  • Proven ability to close deals consistently.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Must be comfortable with Gmail, Google Calendar, and utilizing CRM tools.
  • Driver's License is required.
