Requirements

• Bilingual communication skills, particularly in English.
• Prior experience in direct sales or related roles is preferred, such as solar, pest control, or home automation sales.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail and ability to create lasting customer relationships.
• Experience with commission-based compensation packages is a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and overall technical competency is advantageous.
