The Solar Sales Consultant position at Solar Pros is designed for individuals at various experience levels, from entry-level to experienced sales professionals. This role focuses on promoting solar energy solutions and battery storage systems, contributing to the company's mission of transforming energy infrastructure across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. The position offers significant growth opportunities, including potential leadership roles and equity earnings, while providing comprehensive training and support to ensure success in the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new customers through various sales techniques.
  • Close contracts via Zoom and in-home sales presentations.
  • Represent Freedom Forever professionally and raise awareness of solar power and battery storage.
  • Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Participate in continuous education and training opportunities to enhance sales and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in direct sales or related roles such as solar, pest control, TV, mortgages, or automation/security system sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience with commission-based compensation packages.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and overall technical competency is a plus.
  • Eagerness to grow and participate in a cutting-edge industry.
  • Ability to create positive and lasting relationships with customers.
