Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new customers for solar installations.
  • Close contracts through Zoom and in-home sales presentations.
  • Represent Freedom Forever professionally while raising awareness of solar power and battery storage.
  • Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Participate in continuous education and training opportunities to enhance sales and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in direct sales or related roles such as solar, pest control, TV, mortgages, or home automation/security system sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience with commission-based compensation packages.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and overall technical competency is a plus.
  • Eagerness to grow and participate in a cutting-edge industry.
  • Ability to create positive and lasting relationships with customers.
