About the position

The Experienced Solar Sales Consultant at True Energy is a commission-based role focused on driving sales of solar energy solutions. The consultant will educate clients on the benefits of solar energy, guide them through the purchasing process, and maintain strong client relationships. This position is ideal for motivated sales professionals with a passion for renewable energy and a proven sales track record.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to assess their energy needs and explain solar solutions.
  • Present customized solar proposals and financing options to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in solar sales or a related field.
  • Proof of Valid CSLB License.
  • Proven sales track record with a strong ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of solar technology and financing options is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
