About the position

The Solar Sales Consultant at Paradise Energy Solutions is responsible for generating leads and closing sales for solar energy systems, targeting business owners, C-level executives, and farmers. This role requires a strong sales background, particularly in outside sales, and the ability to sell high-value technical products. The consultant will work closely with clients throughout the sales process, providing education and support to help them achieve their financial goals through solar energy solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and close sales for solar energy systems.
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
  • Educate clients on solar energy solutions and their benefits.
  • Evaluate client needs and provide tailored pricing options.
  • Collaborate with marketing and estimating teams to deliver accurate quotes.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals and targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation and outside sales.
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in closing deals with business owners and executives.
  • Ability to sell technical products valued between $20K to $1MM.
  • Established connections with decision-makers in the region.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
