You will also participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in the solar industry. Responsibilities

  • Engage in door-to-door canvassing to generate leads for solar energy solutions.
  • Set appointments for the closing team by effectively communicating with potential customers.
  • Answer questions from potential customers about solar energy and the installation process.
  • Acquire energy bills from prospective clients to facilitate proposals and closing deals.
  • Generate proposals for solar energy solutions based on customer needs and energy consumption.
  • Assist in the closing of deals and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and driven individual with a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with new people.
  • Must be coachable and a team player.
  • Reliable transportation to attend team meetings and training sessions.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales, particularly in door-to-door canvassing.
  • Ability to relocate to Lindon, UT before starting work.
