This position offers a base salary, a Fast Start Bonus to support you during your first 90 days, and the potential for uncapped commission earnings. In this mobile role, you will manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale. You will build a 'book of business' through self-generated leads, including referrals, prospecting, and direct marketing. We provide a proprietary referral app and incentives to help you jump-start your business. You will attend company-provided appointments and assist homeowners in executing documents to maximize their savings by going solar. Maintaining an ongoing partnership with our valued customers is essential, as you will offer support throughout the installation and activation process. Collaboration with other departments is key to ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.
