Our unique approach allows customers to lease a solar system with no money down, eliminating finance requirements and credit checks, which makes it easier for you to achieve the minimum performance standard of 6 sales per month. As a Residential Energy Specialist, you will build a ‘book of business’ through self-generated leads, including referrals, prospecting, and direct marketing. You will leverage our proprietary referral app and incentives to jump-start your business and attend company-provided appointments to assist homeowners in executing documents and maximizing their savings by going solar. Maintaining an ongoing partnership with our valued customers is essential, as you will offer support throughout the entire installation and activation process, working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
