We are currently seeking motivated sales representatives who are eager to work hard, contribute to our fantastic culture, and join us in the movement towards clean and sustainable energy. As a member of our sales team, you can expect highly competitive pay, with average sales representatives earning between $140,000 and $340,000 in their first year, and top performers earning even more. Our proven training platforms ensure that you will gain the necessary product knowledge, and you will receive training from experienced sales professionals. In this role, you will help residential homeowners save money on their utility costs through renewable energy solutions. You will frequently travel throughout the area with the sales team, canvassing different neighborhoods through door-to-door selling. Building rapport with homeowners and supporting them through the fulfillment process will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Daily tasks may vary based on the nature of the role, from qualifying customers to closing contracts through an in-home sales process. Typically, new sales representatives start as appointment setters and progress to closing positions as they gain experience.

Requirements

  • Driver's license (Required)
  • Customer service: 1 Year (Preferred)
  • Door-to-Door Sales Experience: 1 Year (Preferred)
