As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling solar energy solutions with competitive baselines. In addition to solar, you will also have the opportunity to sell roofing-only, battery-only, HVAC, and security systems. We are looking for individuals who are actively engaged in sales and are eager to elevate their careers to the next level. Our sales professionals benefit from fast installations and commission payments that are processed the week after a signature is obtained. We offer a variety of financing options, including Everbright PPA's, LightReach PPA's, Sunrun PPA's, Brightstar PPA's, Solwerks PPA's, and Goodleap Loans. Additionally, we provide roofing-only financing and access to top-of-the-line roofing software such as Quativa, QuickBase, Open Solar, Aurora, and SOLO, which are available to all of our dealers and their teams. With competitive base pricing across 30 states and no subcontractors used for installations, we ensure that our sales consultants have the tools and support they need to succeed in selling solar energy solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Sell solar energy solutions to homeowners.
  • Promote additional services including roofing, HVAC, and security systems.
  • Manage customer relationships and provide tailored solutions based on individual needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Utilize provided software tools for sales and installation processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, preferably in the energy or home improvement sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with solar energy products and financing options is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in solar sales or renewable energy.
  • Knowledge of roofing, HVAC, or security systems.
  • Sales certifications or training.
