The Solar Sales Consultant at PosiGen is responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closing sales, focusing on helping customers save money through solar energy solutions. This role emphasizes building a book of business through self-generated leads and maintaining ongoing customer relationships throughout the installation process. The position offers a base salary, commission, and various incentives, making it a lucrative opportunity for motivated sales professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale.
  • Build a 'book of business' through self-generated leads, including generating referrals, prospecting, and direct marketing.
  • Leverage proprietary referral app and incentives to help jump-start your business.
  • Attend company-provided appointments to assist homeowners in executing documents and maximizing their savings by going solar.
  • Maintain an ongoing partnership with customers, offering support throughout the installation and activation process.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior sales experience, college, or military experience preferred.
  • Proficient with computer programs, particularly Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must have a valid state driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus.
  • Experience in lead generation and networking.
