As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling solar energy solutions along with additional services such as roofing, battery systems, HVAC, and security systems. We are looking for motivated individuals who are currently in sales and are eager to elevate their careers. You will benefit from fast installations and commission payments that are processed the week after a signature is obtained. Our offerings include various Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and financing options, ensuring that you have the tools necessary to provide the best solutions to our clients. We pride ourselves on our competitive pricing and comprehensive support for our sales professionals. Our team is equipped with top-of-the-line roofing software and a range of financing options to facilitate the sales process. We cover 30 states and do not use subcontractors for installations, ensuring quality and reliability in our services. Selling in NEM 3.0, we provide access to a variety of batteries, including Franklin Enphase, STORZ, Qhome, and Tesla Powerwall 3, at competitive prices.

Responsibilities

  • Sell solar energy solutions to homeowners.
  • Promote additional services such as roofing, HVAC, and security systems.
  • Provide customized solutions to meet the unique needs of each homeowner.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Utilize provided software tools for sales and installation processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of current solar technologies and financing options.

Requirements

  • 1 year of sales experience, preferably in solar sales or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Motivated to achieve sales targets and advance in a sales career.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in roofing or HVAC sales.
  • Familiarity with solar energy technologies and financing options.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
