In this role, you will adopt an innovative educational and 'soft sell' approach to engage homeowners, helping them understand the significant benefits of transitioning to solar energy. This includes reducing their energy bills, enhancing their home value, and making the switch with zero out-of-pocket costs, as supported by U.S. government initiatives. Our flexible pricing model ensures that you can offer competitive quotes, and our price match guarantee allows you to beat any competitor's offer. You will have the chance to participate in our 'earn while you learn' solar trainee program, which provides world-class live online training and certification. This program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the solar sales industry without the need for traditional sales tactics like door knocking or cold calling. As you contribute to the solar revolution, you will earn commissions and have the potential to achieve a high six-figure income through management overrides and bonuses, especially as our sales managers do. We are currently in the Alpha Stage of our launch and are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset or prior solar sales experience to join our team. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus!
