As a Solar Sales Consultant at REACH Solar, you will be part of a revolutionary movement in the solar industry, which is currently growing at an astonishing rate of 12 times faster than the rest of the economy. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely, allowing you to operate from anywhere in the world while leveraging modern communication tools like Zoom for seamless interaction with clients and team members. In this role, you will engage with homeowners to educate them about the benefits of transitioning to solar energy. This includes helping them understand how they can significantly reduce their energy bills, enhance the value of their homes, and make the switch to solar with zero out-of-pocket costs, thanks to government incentives. Our approach is centered around education and a 'soft sell' methodology, which means you will not be required to engage in door knocking or cold calling. Instead, you will focus on providing valuable information and support to potential customers, ensuring they feel confident in their decision to go solar. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our 'earn while you learn' solar trainee program, which includes world-class live online training and certification. This program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the solar sales industry. As a consultant, you will earn commissions on sales, with the potential to make up to $5,000 per sale, along with additional income from bonuses. Our sales managers enjoy lucrative management overrides and bonuses, with many achieving a high six-figure yearly income. We are currently in the Alpha Stage of our launch and are selectively onboarding individuals who possess an entrepreneurial mindset or prior solar sales experience. Responsibilities
