Responsibilities

  • Work closely with potential and current customers to facilitate the transition to solar energy.
  • Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings and increased home value.
  • Market Helios Energy Power products and services to set up new customers.
  • Generate leads through door-to-door sales and referrals, supplemented by company-provided leads.
  • Attend industry-leading training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Participate in team campaigns and events to reach potential customers.

Requirements

  • Must attend and pass applicable sales training.
  • Ability to effectively communicate proposals during in-home presentations.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
  • Experience in technical sales is preferred but not mandatory.
