We are seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Sales Consultant (Closer) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for attending both physical and virtual appointments with homeowners who have shown interest in our solar products. These appointments are generated by our team of door-to-door appointment setters, and your primary objective will be to close these deals. You will need to effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy and backup battery systems, addressing customer concerns, and closing deals. Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date knowledge of Solar Force's products, including solar panels, backup batteries, and financing options. This position requires a commitment to an exclusive sales agreement with Solar Force, ensuring you represent and sell only our products. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers is crucial, as is providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company is also a key expectation of this role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar sales or a related field.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully closing sales in a competitive market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Ability to thrive in both in-person and virtual sales environments.
  • Self-starter with the drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
  • Willingness to sign an exclusive sales agreement with Solar Force.
