In this position, you will be responsible for lead generation through door-to-door canvassing, conducting in-home and virtual appointments, and closing leads provided by the company for qualified candidates. This is a performance-based opportunity with high earning potential, as the position is 100% commission-based. We provide supplemental leads for proven candidates, along with the necessary software, sales support, HR, payroll, and back-office assistance to help you succeed. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 1 year of solar sales experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Proficient in CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to self-generate leads through door-to-door canvassing
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Mid-level sales experience

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in renewable energy sales
  • Familiarity with local environmental organizations
  • Previous experience in a commission-based sales role
